______ 12. Students can be expelled for continuous lack of progress in academics and attendance related issues such as tardiness and absences once all disciplinary actions have been met.

______13. Students can be expelled for activity outside of school hours that directly affects schools reputation and that which does not meet A&A's standards in regards to conduct.

______ 14. Student can be expelled for misconduct with staff or other students by threats, violence and even destruction of property (school or student)

______ 15. Students can be expelled for failure to comply with school policies at any time during enrollment.

______ 16. Students are to act as the professional they are training to become, Any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will be met with immediate disciplinary action.

______ 17. Students are to arrive to class with kits everyday. not doing so will get students sent home for the day resulting in a loss of hours.

______ 18. Students are expected to participate in daily class activities.

______ 19. Students are permitted from using foul language as this is unprofessional and may be offensive to others.
