Uniforms

______ 5. Students must wear and keep uniforms neat and clean daily. Hair and nails must be maintained at all times as we are a representation of ourselves.

______ 6. Name tags must be worn everyday as part of uniform.

______ 7. Open toe shoes are NOT allowed. Crocs are acceptable and Shoes must be black.

______ 8. Students are not to wear inappropriate clothing underneath smocks. Shorts, skirts and dresses are not allowed.

______ 9. Lost or damaged smock, name tag or shirt is an additional fee. (smock $60, shirt $35, name tag $10)

Termination

______ 10. Students may be terminated/Expelled for the use or distribution of illegal drugs or alcohol, fighting, attendance, academics and violence of any kind.

______ 11. If a student fails to attend and notify the school of any absences consecutively for 14 days, the student will be automatically terminated and may re- enroll by paying a re- enrollment fee in the amount of $250 plus any weekly fees of $100 that is extended past contract date of initial enrollment agreement for the Manicure program.
